- 1 1/2 Ground Beef 80/20 or 93/7
- 16oz Box Tie Pasta
- 3 Cups Marinara Sauce
- 3 Cups Beef Broth May have to add additional to Cover Pasta
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese to top
- Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- Over a Medium High Heat Brown ground beef and add onions. The grease from the meat will assist the onions in rendering. This step will take 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and leave just enough to coat the pan
- Add Garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant. At this time add your seasonings
- Add Marinara Sauce, Beef Broth, and Heavy Whipping Cream. Mix ingredients.
- Add pasta and mix. Make sure pasta is submerged. If more beef broth is needed add at this time.
- Place Lid on and allow to simmer occasionally stir. 10-12mins
- Once Pasta has cooked Al Dente
- Taste and Salt to Pepper to Taste
- Finish off with Mozzarella Cheese and replace top to allow cheese to melt
- Optional add parsley and Parmesan Cheese
