Ingredients

  • 3-15oz Cans Pork and Beans
  • 6 Strips of Bacon
  • 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a Large Skillet Cook Bacon until it starts to show some browning usually 50% cooked
  2. Add chopped onion to skillet and cook until bacon has reached desired crispiness. Stir occassionally
  3. Add Pork and Beans to skillet and remove the skillet from the heat and mix
  4. Add rest of the ingredients in the skillet and mix to combine
  5. Pre heat Smoker to 250º
  6. Place Baked Beans on Smoker and Cook for 45 Minutes while stirring occasionally
  7. Increase Smoker Temp to 400º and allow Baked Beans to come to a simmer (This step does not take long so keep a eye on them) 5-10 Mins
  8. Once Beans start to simmer Remove them from the Smoker and Allow them to cool slightly before serving
  9. Enjoy!
