Ingredients
- 3-15oz Cans Pork and Beans
- 6 Strips of Bacon
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a Large Skillet Cook Bacon until it starts to show some browning usually 50% cooked
- Add chopped onion to skillet and cook until bacon has reached desired crispiness. Stir occassionally
- Add Pork and Beans to skillet and remove the skillet from the heat and mix
- Add rest of the ingredients in the skillet and mix to combine
- Pre heat Smoker to 250º
- Place Baked Beans on Smoker and Cook for 45 Minutes while stirring occasionally
- Increase Smoker Temp to 400º and allow Baked Beans to come to a simmer (This step does not take long so keep a eye on them) 5-10 Mins
- Once Beans start to simmer Remove them from the Smoker and Allow them to cool slightly before serving
