Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
- 5 oz Tomato Paste
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 TBSP Baptized Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
- 3/4 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 TBSP Red Win Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 TBSP Sugar
Instructions
- Brown Ground Beef
- Drain Excess Grease and leave about 2 Tablespoons worth of Grease for recipe
- Add Ground beef to Crockpot
- Add Tomato Paste and Sauce
- Add Beef Broth (Add Additional if you want to thin out the sauce, however the ground beef will continue to create moisture)
- Add seasonings, taste and adjust if needed
- Place Crockpot on (High Setting for 1.5-2 hours) (Low Setting 3-4 Hours)
- Serve and Enjoy!!
- The longer the chili cooks the flavors blend together better and the flavors are even better the next day!
