Recipe makes 32 Meatballs (Freeze remainder)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 TBSP diced parsley (Divided)
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 5.2oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 TBSP Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 7-8 Cloves Garlic Divided
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef and italian sausage and combine
  2. Add seasonings along with sour cream and boursin cheese
  3. Add Parmesean Cheese
  4. Add Minced Garlic
  5. Mix ingredients well by kneeding (do not over work mixture)
  6. Add 2 Eggs
  7. Add Bread Crumbs a Cup at a time for even distribution
  8. Use a Icecream scooper and roll Into small balls
  9. In Large pan add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil
  10. Add additional Marinara sauce to top of meatball and cover
  11. Brown Meatballs on sides
  12. Add Marinara Sauce leaving 1/3 of jar left and stir
  13. Cook Meatballs until Done
  14. For sub rolls (I Used 8 Inch)
  15. Add 1 TBSP Parsley with Minced Garlic to Half Stick Melted butter
  16. Brush butter on sub rolls and toast under broiler to preference
  17. Remove and add cheese and meatballs
  18. Toast if desired
  19. Enjoy
