Recipe makes 32 Meatballs (Freeze remainder)
Ingredients
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 TBSP diced parsley (Divided)
- 1 small onion grated
- 5.2oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 TBSP Pepper
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 7-8 Cloves Garlic Divided
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef and italian sausage and combine
- Add seasonings along with sour cream and boursin cheese
- Add Parmesean Cheese
- Add Minced Garlic
- Mix ingredients well by kneeding (do not over work mixture)
- Add 2 Eggs
- Add Bread Crumbs a Cup at a time for even distribution
- Use a Icecream scooper and roll Into small balls
- In Large pan add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil
- Add additional Marinara sauce to top of meatball and cover
- Brown Meatballs on sides
- Add Marinara Sauce leaving 1/3 of jar left and stir
- Cook Meatballs until Done
- For sub rolls (I Used 8 Inch)
- Add 1 TBSP Parsley with Minced Garlic to Half Stick Melted butter
- Brush butter on sub rolls and toast under broiler to preference
- Remove and add cheese and meatballs
- Toast if desired
- Enjoy
