Ingredients

  • Crispy Shrimp recipe
  • 1lb Extra Large Shrimp
  • 2 Tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Selzter Water (Cold)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 Cup Cornstarch
  • Honey Glaze Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Mayo
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Lite Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/3 Fresh Lemon Squeezed
  • Caramelized Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Butter

  2. Cook walnuts in brown sugar water and butter for 10-12 mins to allow the simmers liquids to take away the bitter taste of the walnuts and for the content to reduce and candy the walnuts. Remove walnuts and place on parchment paper to cool.
  3. Cook shrimp at 350 degrees for 3 mins and remove. Cook additional batches if needed. When all batches are cooked, increase the temp to 400 degrees and cook shrimp for an additional 20-30 secs. This will give you an extra "crisp"
