  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 3/4 Cup Mayo
  • 2 TBSP Salad Cubes
  • 1 1/2 Pickle Jalapeños
  • Splash Pickled Jalapeños Juice
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 3 Ribs Celery Diced
  • 1 Tsp Dill
  • Smoked Paprika to Garnish

Instructions

  1. Potatoes: 2 pounds of Yukon Gold washed, peeled if desired, and cut into 3/4-inch chunks)
  2. Vegetables & Mix-ins: 3 diced celery ribs, 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced , 1 1/2 TBSP Jalapeños, 2 TBSP Salad Cubes
  3. Dressing:3/4 Cup Mayo, Splash Pickled Jalapeños, 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard, 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tsp Dill
  4. Seasonings: 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Creole Seasoning, 1 Tsp Dill, Smoked Paprika to Garnish
